I gained valuable experience working in minimum-wage retail jobs during my early years. However, at the age of 16, I decided to step into the world of entrepreneurship by founding Caleb’s Pet Services with the encouragement of my dad. Alongside this venture, I also undertook other miscellaneous tasks like junk hauling, yard cleanups, and, most notably, lawn and snow work.
After high school, I encountered uncertainties about my future path. In response, I am wholeheartedly committed to self-investment and the growth of my business. Over time, Caleb’s Pet Services evolved into a lawn and snow business as I found my passion for assisting others in these areas. This culminated in our official rebranding to Caleb’s Services on July 10th, 2023, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter that I am confident will stand the test of time.
Today, Caleb’s Services proudly serves over 100 customers in Anchorage, AK, with a staff of over 6 employees. When I set out on this journey, my primary aim was to set us apart from traditional lawn and snow businesses by delivering exceptional service that erases any doubts from our customers’ minds.

Owner/Operator
A lifelong Alaskan, Eagle Scout (Troop 26), and Kenaitze Tribal Member, Caleb is the driving force behind the business. He leads by example, whether operating equipment, meeting with customers, or tackling snow removal in the middle of a storm. His vision and values set the tone for the entire team.
Operations Manager / Landscape Crew Director
Mike brings over four years of hands-on experience and a strong dedication to perfecting each job. With deep roots in Alaska, he has a passion for creating finished results customers can be proud of. When he’s not directing crews or estimating projects, you’ll likely find him fishing or repairing equipment in the shop.
All-Season Team Member / Mechanic
Seth has been with the company since its early days as Caleb’s Pet Services. A Boy Scout Life Scout from Troop 26, he loves engines, hiking, and troubleshooting equipment. He’s also instrumental in maintaining the team’s gear and contributes to Caleb’s Services’ online video content.
All-Season Team Member / Office Manager
Grace has supported the company through every phase of growth. Known for her organization and reliability, she wears many hats—helping with mowing, shoveling, and day-to-day office management. She enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and being with her pets.
